 Hangzhou Sino-French Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereafter abbreviated to HSFCC), is a sino-foreign equity joint venture invested by Hangzhou Industry Assets Management co.,Ltd., Zhejiang Branch of the Bank of China and Netherlands Akzo Nobel Coating International B.V. The company was established in February of 1985 with the register capital USD 3,650,000. Now the company is one of the biggest producers of powder coatings in Zhejiang Province and the biggest manufacturer of saturated polyester resin in China with the annual production capacity of 20,000MT.
In addition to the equipment and technology from France and Switzerland, HSFCC introduced monitor instrument, technical and formula from the Netherlands. With advanced technology, HSFCC produces power coatings and resins at international standard. Powder production has four system: epoxy, epoxy/polyester, polyester and polyurethane. Resin production covers two systems: Hybird polyester resin and pure polyester resin. The products have hundreds of varieties and thousand of formulas, and don't contain contaminant, easy to transport and operate, suit for electrostatic spaying and fluidized layer spraying. The spreadlayer has virtue of ornamental, physical, mechanical, and also resists chemical cautery. The products can be used in home appliances, vehicles, instruments, metal furniture, all kinds of steel windows and bottles, piping etc. The products provide all over China and export to Europe and South East of Asia.
